Words of comfort from our Lord, Jesus Christ.  It is not easy being a Catholic these days in our life.  Just yesterday, news spread fast that the social media platform Pinterest banned, prominent pro life advocate LiveAction.Org from their site on June 11th, along with Lila Rose's profile, who is the founder of LiveAction.Org.

Disgusted by the decision Pinterest took against Live Action censoring the pro life organization and placing the censorship in the category of pornography, I took it upon myself to deactivate my BEBEATI Pinterest account unless they re-instate LiveAction.  However, it doesn't appear that this will be something that will be accomplished any time soon - or ever!

I searched for other Pinterest alternatives, which is necessary when these companies ban/censors anyone in attempt to silence talk contrary to their belief.  In that search I found several alternatives to Pinterest.  Since I had seen WeHeartIt.com around, I decided to create a BEBEATI profile this morning.  And here is what happened; the first post I uploaded in attempt to show some BEBEATI content on this new social site, got deleted, claiming it to be "abusive content".  I could not believe it.  I had to take a video for anyone to see clearly for themselves - now even jewelry with the image of Jesus Christ is considered abusive.  This is crazy and happening throughout.

We need to come together and create social media platforms that are open to all views, as long as it is not harmful - like pornagraphy, drugs, violence.  These things need to be censored, I agree.  But to say that Jesus Christ, and posts advocating for unborn lives are in the category of any of these things is just absurd, unacceptable and wrong  -- LIES LIES LIES.  Who is the father of lies? Exactly.

Who's taking action?  How many people passed this information around and encouraged anyone to either, 1. deactive their Pinterest account or 2. post something in Pinterest in favor of LiveAction?  Warning - you may get banned.

We are all responsible.  We empower the monster companies who then believe they can dictate and censor our values if it is against their view.  Facebook-guilty, Instragram - guilty, Youtube - guilty, Pinterest - obviously guilty and now, as I see, WeHeartIt - guilty.  Seriously, I can't post something as simple as a jewelry piece with the crucified Jesus Christ?  The greatest Love the world has ever known, is now claimed to be "abusive content".

STOP.  Think.  This is wrong.  When is it going to end.  We keep feeding the monster.  It has to start somewhere, and in my business; it starts with me.  Good-bye Pinterest.
