Please read the following message that may impact your order considering the COVID-19 outbreak.

SCHEDULE

• Orders will be processed within 7 business days if we have the items in stock.
• Orders that need to be made can take up to 3-4 weeks. (experiencing a week delay from normal schedule)

HANDLING

We are diligent about keeping our shop clean and disinfected, especially at this time.  Following the guidelines, we are maintaining social distance and with that, our trips to the post office has decreased significantly from daily to once a week.

INVENTORY

Other impacts you may experience:  we may run out of a certain material impeding us from making your piece.  This is a consequence of our vendors being temporarily closed.  In this event, we will notify you via email, at which time your order can remain on hold until things return to normal or we can refund your money upon your request.

RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE

Please consider spraying your package with Lysol or any other disinfectant that is recommended, prior to bringing the package inside your home.  While we can take precautions on our side we cannot control where the package travels.  Be sure to throw away the packaging and wash your hands after.
